Looking for some ideas and inspiration for your Easter table setting? Below are some ideas that are sure to get oooohs and aaaahs from both the younger and older visitors to you dining table.

We started with a visit to our local Spotlight store for some ‘props’ – greenery and little bunnies and chickies. Depending on what look you are going for you can’t go wrong with lots of greenery. Spotlight or your local craft store have lots of fabulous little bits and pieces to add to your easter table and of course – chocolate eggs.

Here we have gone for a vibrant and colourful Easter table using our Caspari ‘Carmen Stripe’ fuchsia paper napkins as the colour base. We used our Hutch Block Printed Anarkali Blue Gud Tablecloth and added Hutch gold circle placemats, lots of greenery using our ‘props’ from Spotlight – green bunnies and eggs on sticks, imitation foliage etc and some pretty pink silk flowers, we added colourful pastel coloured small easter eggs and voila!

For this table we went for a ‘vegetable garden’ feel – a bit of a ‘Peter Rabbit’ theme. Using our Hutch white with green embroidery cotton tablecloth (for sale at a special Easter price on our website) we added our Hutch synthetic rattan placemats, overlayed with our Hutch green placemats, Hutch cutlery and the ever versatile green plates (available from Provincial Home Living stores). We had two mini murraya plants potted into terracotta pots (from Bunnings) and again used our ‘props/greenery’ from Spotlight and super cute little carrots – also from spotlight. Gold Lindt chocolate bunnies, our Hutch cordless table lamps and Hutch acrylic green tumblers complete this beautiful setting.

For this Easter table we have chosen a gorgeous turquoise and green colour combination with pretty pastel accents. Using our Hutch hand block printed aqua and lime tablecloth (now available at a special Easter price on the website) we added Hutch jute placemats, some pastel silk flowers, basic plates (stylists own), Hutch Caspari Cabbageware Green napkins and Hutch cutlery. With our green ‘props’ and green foliage as well as gold Lindt chocolate bunnies and pastel eggs.

The great thing is with each of these settings is that we have used everyday items as much as possible - the tablecloths are cloths from our range that you can use for casual or formal. The cutlery, placemats, drinkware etc are all everyday items. The ‘props’ and greenery that we purchased can be stored for use again and again and the chocolate – well, you know what to do with that x
